International City is a large affordable residential cluster, and its main landmark is the Dragon Mart. The places we are called to most: Dragon Mart 1 & 2 parking, the China and Persia clusters, Warsan Souk and Al Warsan 1 villas. The area name alone is not enough — we need the nearest landmark or sign.

If you are near the China and Persia clusters or Warsan Souk, send a photo of the spot; the approaches from Al Manama Street and Ras Al Khor Road are not the same, and some do not map cleanly.

Arrival window from Al Quoz and Al Barsha to International City

Our Dubai unit is staged in Al Quoz and Al Barsha. To International City via Al Manama Street and Ras Al Khor Road we usually arrive in 25 minutes at night and off-peak, stretching to 45 minutes in traffic. We do not use one number for all of Dubai.

Parking and access inside International City

Cars in International City sit in large open lots between cluster buildings; give us the cluster and building number. That decides the kit we load: van height, lighting, and whether we must clear security before we enter.

Tell us this in the first message. If your car is at Dragon Mart 1 & 2 parking we come there; we do not ask you to move it to a workshop or out onto the main road.

Responsible disposal from International City

Every battery holds around 9 kg of lead and a litre of sulphuric acid. We collect from International City in leak-proof crates and hand them to a licensed facility, with a collection receipt on request. The service is free with any replacement and carries a small fee for stand-alone pickups.

We therefore rely on your live WhatsApp location more than a written address, and we confirm a realistic arrival window (25–45 minutes) instead of a marketing number.
