We provide a 24/7 mobile car battery service across all emirates, including battery replacement, jump-starting, testing and delivery at your location.

We aim to reach you within about 30 minutes, though arrival times may be affected by factors such as traffic, weather and location.

Bookings & Dispatch

Bookings are made by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form. You must provide an accurate location and correct information about your vehicle to ensure fast, correct service.

Pricing & Payment

We confirm the final price before the technician arrives, based on your vehicle and the requested service, with no hidden fees. Payment is taken on-site after the service is completed, using the available methods.

Warranty

The batteries we fit are new, genuine and backed by warranty under the manufacturer's terms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or other electrical faults in the vehicle.

Cancellations & No-Show

You may cancel before the technician is dispatched at no charge. If we are unable to reach you or you are not present at the agreed location, a call-out fee may apply.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle.

Ensure a safe and legal place where the technician can work.

Inform us of any special condition of your vehicle that may affect the service.

Limitation of Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing or unrelated vehicle faults that are not connected to the battery or the service we performed.
